1. DEFINITIONS

the membership website and digital services operated by the Company.
Member
any individual who subscribes to the Platform.
Services
all digital content, materials, webinars, community features and educational resources provided via the Platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Official Policy
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
3. Nature of Services
The Company does not provide:
- • Veterinary advice
- • Regulated behavioural therapy
- • Medical advice
- • Clinical diagnosis
3.3 Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional advice. Before implementing guidance relating to health, diet, or behaviour, you must consult a qualified professional.
4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You acknowledge that:
• Dog ownership and behavioural training involve inherent risks.
• Dogs are animals capable of unpredictable behaviour.
• Improper implementation of techniques may result in injury or damage.
You accept full responsibility for:
• All decisions made using Platform content
• Your dog’s behaviour
• Any resulting injury, damage, or loss
5. Limitation of Liability
Aggregate Liability
3 Months Payment Cap
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Member in the preceding three (3) months.
- • No liability for indirect or consequential losses
- • No liability for injury to animals
- • No liability for loss of business or profit
- • No liability for emotional distress
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The Company makes no guarantees regarding:
• Behavioural outcomes
• Training transformation
• Health improvements
• Specific measurable results
Results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.
7. MEMBERSHIP & BILLING
7.1 Subscription Options
• Monthly rolling subscription
• Annual subscription
All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal.
7.2 Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time via their account dashboard.
Access remains until the end of the current billing cycle.
7.3 Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
You have 14 days to cancel unless you access digital content and expressly waive this right.
7.4 No Refund Policy
Outside the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, payments are non-refundable.
Non-use of the Platform does not constitute grounds for refund.
7.5 Chargebacks
Initiating an unjustified chargeback constitutes breach of contract.
The Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds and associated administrative costs.
8. DIGITAL CONTENT WAIVER
By accessing content immediately after purchase, you expressly:
• Consent to immediate contract performance
• Acknowledge that you waive your 14-day cancellation right
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials are protected under UK copyright law.
Members receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal use only.
Strictly prohibited:
• Recording content
• Screen capturing materials
• Redistributing downloads
• Sharing login credentials
• Commercial use of materials
Breaches may result in:
• Immediate termination
• Legal action
• Financial recovery
10. COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Members must not:
• Harass, intimidate or abuse others
• Post unlawful, defamatory or harmful content
• Share dangerous advice
• Spam or self-promote
• Share login credentials
• Redistribute content
We may suspend or terminate access without refund for violations.
11. DATA PROTECTION
Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately where:
• These Terms are breached
• Conduct threatens member safety
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
